Where do I drop off and pick up?

Camp registration takes place at Crosfields School on Shinfield Road (RG2 9AL). Look for the Ultimate Activity green flags and arrows.

What are the standard hours and is there an "Extended Day" option for the Crosfields School camp?

Standard Day: Drop-off is between 8:30 am – 9:30 am. Collection is between 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm.

Extended Day Pass (EDP): For 2026, we offer an optional EDP for £9.30 per day, allowing drop-off from 8:00 am and collection until 6:00 pm.

Do you accept childcare vouchers or Tax Free Childcare?

Yes, you can use Tax Free Childcare or childcare vouchers to pay for some or all of your Ultimate Activity Camp booking at Crosfields School. If you are booking online, just enter the amount that you would like to pay for using childcare vouchers/Tax Free Childcare, and who your provider is.
