Online Competency Assessment
Ultimate Staff are required to complete an introductory Online Competency Assessment as part of the selection and induction process. In lieu of a face to face interview, this assessment helps to prove your suitability to work in a position of trust with us.
The Online Competency Assessment is part one of our 3 part training and induction programme. Further information can be found regarding parts 2 & 3 via the links below:

Any modules you are required to complete will be displayed via your Onboarding Information in your Candidate Portal.

What Assessment Modules Are Required?
Ultimate Activity
If you have not previously done so, you should complete the following Online Competency Assessment modules:
ALL STAFF:
- Safeguarding
- Health & Safety (including swimming specific information)
The following additional modules are available where a candidate would benefit from completing:
- Behaviour & Welfare
- Early Years
- Camp Manager Online Seminar and Q&A (Senior Staff only)
Ultimate Survival
If you have not previously done so, you should complete the following Online Competency Assessment modules:
ALL STAFF:
- Safeguarding
- Health & Safety
- Behaviour & Welfare
The following additional modules are available where a candidate would benefit from completing:
- Food Hygiene (Bushcraft Course Leaders only)
- Camp Manager Online Seminar and Q&A (Senior Staff only)
Ultimate Tech
