Camp Induction
Camp Induction Days
All staff are required to attend a Camp Induction Morning/Afternoon at the camp where they are due to work prior to each season. Led by the Camp Manager and the Early Years Leader, or the Ultimate Survival Bushcraft Course Leader, you will help set up camp ready for the start of the season and receive specific training in reference to your camp location. They usually last 3 to 4 hrs for UAC or 5 - 6 hrs for US, and staff are paid to attend.
Your Induction Day will usually be the weekend before your camp opens and specific dates can be found below.
NB If your specific date or time is not yet confirmed please try to keep the weekend free and contact us via work@ultimateactivity.co.uk if you foresee any problems!
Please note that failure to attend, or unsatisfactory performance at a Camp Induction may result in termination of your employment.
