Returning this October Half Term!

During this full-day game design and development masterclass, a real-world game developer will take children (aged 8-13) through creating advanced games using free web-based visual programming tools. They'll have the chance to create arcade-style games, design their own graphics, learn about programming logic and explore gaming mechanics such as health systems, scoring and timers.

They will learn how to add in multiplayer capabilities, creating a game they can share with their friends and family and safely play online. This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners, and no coding experience is required.

What will I need?

Here are some things you will need with you:

Desktop, laptop or tablet - as long as you have an internet browser
Mouse (not essential)
Gaming Controller (not required for Generative AI course)
Strong internet connection
Notepad/Pen
Comfortable set up (chair and table ideally)
