Earn TWO FREE DAYS for every parent you refer to one of our new 2025 locations!

Does your child have a friend that would like to join them? 

For every parent (friend, family member or colleague!) that you refer to us who books on one of our programmes, we will give you two free Camp days - it’s that simple! Refer 5 parents who book and receive 10 days - there’s no limit. Check out our FAQ's for more information on making Friend Requests.

 

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Tell a friend about Ultimate Activity Camps!
  2. Make sure your friend knows your full name
  3. When your friend makes their booking they will select 'Friend/Parent' in the 'How did you hear about us' section
  4. Your friend needs to enter your full name
  5. We will contact you within 10 working days to let you know about your free days!

Terms and Conditions:

  • Earn two free camp days on an Ultimate Activity Camps programme for every parent that you refer to us who also books on an Ultimate Activity Camps programme
  • If the free day(s) is to be applied toward one of our 4-day courses, a daily rate will be calculated based on the total course fee and deducted accordingly
  • To qualify, the new parent cannot have booked with us previously.
  • The new parent must let us know your name as the referrer at the time of making their booking.
  • The free camp days reward is given per booking regardless of how many children or days are booked.
  • Free days cannot be redeemed against existing bookings you may have.
  • Free camp days must be used within 12 months of being earned and are subject to availability.
  • Free camp days exclude any extras such as Ultimate Protection Plan or Extended Day Pass.
  • No cash alternative.
  • Free camp days cannot be transferred to other people.
  • In the event of the new parent cancelling their qualifying booking, we reserve the right to retract the free days.
  • Two Day Offer is only applicable at NEW 2025 locations including: New Hall School in Chelmsford, Frensham Heights in Farnham, St Edmund's in Hindhead, St. Albans High in St Albans, Bedford Modern in Bedford, Beaudesert Park in Stroud, Broomwood Prep in Clapham and Broomfield House in Kew.
